"Very close to the olympic port, excellent stuff, impressive breakfast, large rooms, nice pool. The airconditioning needs to be checked, not bad but it can be better! Avoid hotels at las ramblas! The real night life and good restaurants are near the olympic port. Very good location to all the major sites especially Sagrada Familia. Please note that I am a travel agent from Greece and its my 5th group this year."
"The H10 Marina is a brand new hotel just a short walk from the beach and Olympic village which is packed with restaurants, clubs, and interesting craft stalls. I went with Last Minute.com to this hotel a few months back. Apart from our flight being cancelled without telling us until 11pm the same night, it was worth the trip.
I was just sorry that I missed out one night of our stay at this hotel. There was a small pool on the roof of the hotel, where you could also enjoy great views over Barcelona in all directions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest surprise though was the buffet breakfast. I have never seen so much food first thing in the morning in my life. There was literally something for everyone, even for non-dairy eaters. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to anyone with a big appetite."
"We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and chose this hotel because of its location close to the sandy beach. It was an easy 10 minute pleasant stroll to the beach where Port Olympic has some fantastic restaurants. If you are a beach lover as we are, this is a perfect location because you are close to the beach and can walk (25mins) to La Ramblas or get the Toursit Bus or metro.
On arrival we were upgraded to a suite due to usual guest rooms being full due to a conference.
The room was superb. However there were no tea / coffee making facilities.
We had heard reviews about the noise but no one could have prepared us for how thin the walls were. The couple next door kept us awake for two nights due to their lovemaking which at first was a laugh but in the early hours of the morning after a busy day sightseeing, sleep is welcomed. It was impossible to sleep and EVERY noise could be heard as if there were no walls. We have never been in a hotel where you can here everything!!!!!!!
I would recommend this hotel but take ear plugs or plan to stay awake lovemaking yourselves!!!"
